Procedure of Dividends Payment to Legal Persons

List of documents required for transferring dividends:

- a letter to inform bank details according to the form attached:letter form ;

- copies of proper documents in case of concluding the contract that transfers the right of income acquisition to the shares keeper or other legal person;

- for non-residents, if any, a certificate that confirms his/her status of tax resident in the country of registration (the documents drawn up in a foreign language must be translated into Ukrainian and legalized). Failing this certificate, the income acquired by foreign companies is taxable on the territory of Ukraine at rate of 15% according to the Law of Ukraine About Outfits’ Gains Taxation.
