Motor Sich JSC Shares Included into FSTS Index

On July 23, 2007, the Index Committee of the First Stock Trade System (FSTS) made a decision to extend the “index basket” of FSTS Index www.pfts.com. On August 1, 2007, the Motor Sich JSC securities were included into the “index basket” due to the efforts of the company leaders and experts to improve corporate company control, real co-operation in the development of Ukraine’s stock market, and its popularization among both domestic and international investment circles.
The FSTS Index is the main index of the development of Ukraine’s securities market, which is recognized both within this country and abroad. Its all-time high growth rate has brought Ukraine’s securities market to world leadership in terms of growth rate in 2007.
The Index is calculated on the basis of the most marketable FSTS shares. Thus, the FSTS Index Committee decision was an official recognition of high marketability of Motor Sich JSC shares in Ukraine.
