Personnel training
In the modern situation in the world, the most important factor of company's growth is the development of new products intended for satisfaction of customers' needs. Any novelty is the result of co-operation of various specialists. That is why the main part is to be played by creativity of employees at any level of management and in any structural unit of production. Significance of the results of activity of each specific specialist has grown considerably. Special attention is paid to on-the-job training of young employees. At present, 884 people study at higher education institutes and 178 - in colleges with the correspondence form of education. In 2006 alone, 42 employees of Motor Sich JSC were recommended for study at higher education institutes of various levels of accreditation at the expense of state budget. In all, 172 employees of the company study at the expense of budget. Close contacts with our basic Zaporozhye Aviation College enable us not only to replenish the company with specialists of specialized secondary education, but also to send them to higher education institutes as third-year students to complete the groups formed previously. In 2006, 18 graduates of ZAC have been sent to ZNTU and KHAI as third-year students studying at the expense of state budget. In view of deficiency in machine-building specialists, Motor Sich JSC initiated the formation in 2003 and 2004 of two target groups of ZAC graduates with high level of education that were taken in as third-year students of ZNTU. Continuing the long-term work on providing the company with engineers and technicians, and with the object of supporting the working dynasties, we entered into association agreements with KhAI and ZNTU according to which, during the period from 2001 to 2005, the company sent to full-time departments of these universities, through physico-mathematical school and preliminary faculty, 554 children of Motor Sich JSC employees to be taught by specialities the most important for the company (429 of them - to ZNTU and 125 - to KhAI). And in 2006 alone, 42 graduates of ZNTU and 30 - of KhAI have come to the company. Further development of such form of training specialists as creation of branches of university sub-faculties at the company is now in progress. KhAI and ZNTU «Aircraft engine production technology» sub-faculties branches, as well as ZNTU «Equipment for foundry» sub-faculty branch function already. The question of creation of ZNTU «Machine-building technology» sub-faculty branch is now studied. One may ask: What is it for? It gives the opportunity to train students at the modern, up-to-date, high-technology equipment of the company, to reduce the time of adaptation of students, to acquaint them with labour collective and employees of the company, to implement real graduation projects. On the grounds of agreement with basic colleges - ZAC and ZETC - the company issues assignments to children of the company employees for study in the colleges that guarantees the students all kinds of practical training at the company and, that is more important, guaranteed employment after studies. Motor Sich JSC Personnel Training Department carries out systematic work on professional training, retraining and advanced training of the company personnel, runs special courses for workers, engineers and employees on labour safety and highly dangerous works that provide competence of personnel and high quality of manufactured products in accordance with the requirements of international standards.
