Personnel policy of the company

In the modern situation in the world, the most important factor of company's growth is the development of new products intended for satisfaction of customers' needs. Any novelty is the result of co-operation of various specialists. That is why the main part is to be played by creativity of employees at any level of management and in any structural unit of production. Significance of the results of activity of each specific specialist has grown considerably.

Up-to-date achievements of engineering and technology have become so accessible that their use doesn't offer decisive advantages to the companies in their competitive activity. There arises the necessity to use a more powerful, long-range and efficient resource. The latter can only be man with his creative talents and physical potential, his ability not only for reproduction of labour power but also for self-development.

World experience proves the investments into human resources to be more efficient than any other kind of placement of funds. The most attractive features of human personality are his unlimited opportunities and uniqueness of his capabilities.

Increase of the efficiency of human resource management call for transition to a qualitatively new system of approaches the essence of which being the following idea: "Personnel is the main value of the company".

In accordance with the aforesaid and bearing in mind the tasks facing Motor Sich JSC, the company has developed a long-term program of personnel management for the period from 2003 to 2007 - «Personnel» program according to which the work with staff is planned and performed in the company.

Annually, 120 to 150 graduates with higher education and 100 to 120 persons with specialized secondary education come to work at the company.

Основными, базовыми высшими учебными заведениями для предприятия являются: Запорожский национальный технический университет и Харьковский национальный аэрокосмический университет им. Н.Е. Жуковского "ХАИ", Запорожский авиационный колледж, Запорожский электротехнический колледж. Кроме того, много специалистов трудоустраивается с Запорожской государственной инженерной академии (ЗГИА), Запорожского национального университета (ЗНУ), Таврической агротехнической академии и Днепропетровского национального университета.

В настоящее время на предприятии работает около 400 молодых специалистов с высшим образованием и около 200 человек со средним специальным.

The main, basic educational institutions for the company are: Zaporozhye National Technical University (ZNTU), Kahrkov National Aerospace University «KhAI» named after N.E.Zhukovsky, Zaporozhye Aviation College (ZAC), Zaporozhye Electro-Technical College (ZETC). Besides, a lot of graduates from Zaporozhye State Engineering Academy (ZSEA), Zaporozhye National University (ZNU), Tavria Agrotechnical Academy and Dnepropetrovsk National University come to work at our company.

Nowadays, about 400 graduate employees with higher education and about 200 persons with specialized secondary education work at the company.

The company makes contracts with graduate employees performing functions of foremen, technologists and designers according to which the graduate employees get additional payment up to the average wages at the company during initial 3 years of work. After the 2nd and 3 years of work, the graduate employees are subject to personnel certification; by the end of 3-year term, many of them already have wages exceeding the average level for the company, so that they need not additional payment. The graduate employees, in their turn, undertake obligation to work at the company for at least 3 years.

With the purpose of further development of production basis, it is planned in 2007 to give an employment to 130 graduates of institutes of higher education, including 75 specialists from ZNTU and 30 - from KhAI, 100 graduates of colleges, as well as 150 graduates of the basic vocational technical school No. 27.
